Deliciously light and crispy store-bought graham crackers are entirely dipped in melted milk chocolate and topped with a drizzle of melted white chocolate and sprinkles. These no-bake Chocolate Graham Squares are very easy to prepare and are perfect to package up in cellophane bags and gift to your favourite workmates!
I remember when I was a kid, I would steal my mom’s graham crackers. If she was out of graham crackers, I would steal her graham crumbs. How could I help myself? They were so delicious! Besides, she’d never let us eat them, because to her they were only meant for baking! I wish I could show her these Chocolate Graham Squares and perhaps change her mind!
I’ve shared with you before, Dear Reader, that I have never in my life tried s’mores. Well, a couple of years ago, I did. And, to be quite honest, I don’t get the appeal. We never had them when we were kids. Nope! Sure, we had backyard fires just like everyone else. We roasted wieners and toasted marshmallows. But, we never did pair a toasted marshmallow with a graham cracker and chocolate. Maybe it was because my mom wanted the graham crackers for her baking!
Now, after over 40 years of feeling guilty about eating my mom’s graham crackers, I’m going to eat graham crackers to my heart’s content! But, instead of making them into s’mores, I’m going to cover them in chocolate. One cannot go wrong with that!

I’m going to tell you all about this recipe and how you can make it in your home this holiday season. I know we’re getting closer to the big day, which means that most of us will have less time to bake. That is why I’m sharing this new series with you called Lord Byron’s 12 Homemade Holiday Gifts Series!
Back in October, I kicked off the holiday season with a holiday recipe series called Lord Byron’s 12 Holiday Trifles Series and followed that up with a second series called Lord Byron’s 12 Holiday Breads and Loaves. Next was a second volume of my 12 Bars and Squares of Christmas! You can find the first bars and squares series here! After that came the seventh annual instalment of Lord Byron’s 24 Cookies of Christmas!
LORD BYRON’S 12 SNACKS & TREATS OF CHRISTMAS
Another holiday series, Lord Byron? Yes – why not!? Welcome, Dear Reader, to my last Christmas series this holiday season! I’m calling this series Lord Byron’s 12 Homemade Holiday Gifts Series. Unlike the 24 Cookies of Christmas series that ended a few days ago, this series will focus on easy-to-make snacks and treats that are both delicious and festive.
I will try to keep the recipes in this series quick and easy too. Most of them will require the help of a microwave rather than an oven. And, a bunch of them will involve more assembly-type tasks rather than preheating, beating, whipping, etc.
Just like every other series that I’ve shared here, this series will also see a new snack or treat recipe shared with you, Dear Reader, each and every single day for the next 12 days – even on Saturday and Sunday! You might be asking yourself, how many Christmas recipes could one possibly have or need? Well, I say you can never have too much of a good thing. And, I love having lots of choices. Who wants to prepare the same holiday snacks and treats year after year?

INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO PREPARE THIS RECIPE
The following is a list of the ingredients needed to prepare this recipe. For exact amounts and measurements, refer to the printable recipe card located near the bottom of this post.
- Milk Chocolate Chips – I used milk chocolate, but you can use semi-sweet too. Use good quality melting chocolate since it will be the predominant flavour in this recipe.
- White Chocolate – This is optional, but I used a little bit of melted white chocolate to drizzle over the tops of the crackers.
- Graham Crackers – I used regular graham crackers that you can find in any grocery store. You can also use gluten-free graham crackers.
- Sprinkles
HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE GRAHAM SQUARES
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Transfer the milk chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl. In increments of 30 seconds at half power, melt the chocolate, stirring well between each increment. Once the chocolate is fully melted and silky smooth, it’s time to dip the graham crackers.
Working with one cracker at a time, dip the cracker fully into the melted chocolate. Use a fork to lift the covered cracker out of the chocolate and gently tap the fork against the rim of the bowl allowing the excess chocolate to fall back into the bowl. Place the chocolate-covered cracker onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Continue until all crackers are covered. Please note, that you may or may not use all of the chocolate depending on the thickness of the chocolate or how much you tap off.
Next, melt the white chocolate chips just as you did with the milk chocolate chips. Drizzle the white chocolate over the crackers and immediately top with sprinkles. Once the chocolate has hardened, pack the crackers into a food-safe container with a lid. Store at room temperature.
SPRINKLES, SPRINKLES, AND MORE SPRINKLES!
Okay, let’s talk sprinkles. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – I’m addicted to sprinkles. Don’t believe me? Search the term “sprinkles” in the search field at the top right of this page. Or, take a look at my credit card bill that time I ordered sprinkles to the tune of $200!
Who’s my go-to sprinkle source? I buy most of my sprinkles from Sweetapolita. They’re the best and you should check them out. They’re located in Canada, and I’m not sure if they deliver to the United States. But, state-side, Fancy Sprinkles stocks very similar mixes and themes. Listen, I know that shopping for sprinkles online might seem a little over the top, but I’ve never once pretended to shy away from pretty things.
The sprinkles that I used for these Chocolate Graham Crackers can be found online as well.
